Getting started
Register your dive school
Create an account in a few minutes and confirm your email. You get your own environment right away.
Choose your agency and modules
Select your dive agency (SSI, PADI, …) and switch on the modules you need.
Import your data
Bring over customers and articles via import, or start fresh. Optionally connect your WooCommerce shop.
Go live at the counter
Set up your POS and printers and start selling, renting and filling.

What does DiveOpsHub cost?
You start with 30 days free, no credit card. After that a modular, tailored rate — you only pay for the parts you use. Request a quote via the contact page.
Which dive agencies are supported?
The forms and course modules support SSI, PADI, NAUI and CMAS, among others. Missing one? Let us know.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. You can import customers and articles, and connect your existing WooCommerce shop through a two-way sync.
Is the platform multilingual?
Yes — the public site is available in Dutch, English, German and French.
What about support?
You can submit a service request from within your environment; we reply by email and inside the platform.
